How to delete a RisingSign account and data
Request deletion
Signed-in users can delete their account themselves in Settings > Security > Delete Account.
You can also email support@risingsign.app from the email address of your account. We may verify identity before acting.
No account? Your birth details stay in your own browser. Open My Chart and choose Delete from this device. For a report you bought, email support@risingsign.app from the address you paid with.
What happens next
Delete saved charts or the whole account from the account page or by emailing support; data is removed within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
User files are normally removed within 30 days. Limited billing, fraud-prevention, security, backup, or legal records may be retained for the period required by law or legitimate operational needs.
