Agreement

These Terms govern use of RisingSign at risingsign.app. Sun moon rising calculator: enter your birth date, time and place to get your sun, moon and rising signs with a short reading. Free, no sign-up. The service is operated by RisingSign. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your email and Google account secure, and use the service lawfully. You may not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or use the service to infringe the rights of others.

Payments

The paid item is a one-time birth chart report. Payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal. You can choose an available payment provider at checkout. The price is shown before checkout.

User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to process, store, transmit, and return that content solely to provide and secure the service.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, RisingSign is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
